Process modelling: online access act

E-Government with Civento

Description
Applications for a resident’s or employee’s parking permit are currently made and issued online, using a civento-based process. Both processes are currently being upgraded to include the possibility of extending the permits. This is done by e-mailing automatic reminders to members of the public.

Our role
• Requirements elicitation and process clarification
• Modelling process design and coordination with people involved in the process
• Mapping out the process with civento
• Providing the process in the productive environment (via ekom)
