trive.park now also in Berlinn

Following a pilot phase in munich, the trive.park parking app has now also reached the capital.

Drivers can test the smart parking reservation and payment tool developed by trive.me, an EDAG spin-off, in four of the car parks operated by “Park One”.

In the future, cars themselves will be able to use Blockchain applications to pay for services such as parking or charging. As a pilot project, trive.me developed a suitable machine-to-machine payment system for car parks, which automatically calculates and pays the parking fees.

For Chief Triver Heiko Herchet, apps such as trive.park, internet pages, backend applications and individual mobility solutions are preparing the way for the smart city: “Every one of us has the motivation to use software to make the world in various industries better, simpler and more customer-oriented, and thus lead to success.”
